SMエンターテイメント、キム・ヨンミン代表は
「今回の仮処分訴訟は不
当な契約から起 きた事件ではな
く、メンバー3人の化粧品事業から始まった訴訟」
として、このように明 らかにしました。
キム代表は「メンバー3人が化粧品事業を行
い東方神起の名を利用して広報活動をするな
ど、先に契約違反をしたので、
それを清算するために訴訟を提起した」
と強調しました。
記者会見に先立ちSMエンターテイメン
トは法律代理人を通じて報道資料を出し
「3人が 東方神起として活動する場合には、
SMエンターテイメントの専属契約に基づいて活動し
なければならず、、その活動に対する精算と
分配も現在の専属契約に従わなければならな い」
と明らかにしました。

SM代表理事が記者会見を行った。

「今回の仮処分訴訟は不当な専属契約
人権奴隷契約から起きた事件でな
く、化粧品事業か ら始まった金銭的な誘惑により起きた訴訟」と主張した。
また、3メンバーが既存の立場を主張し続ける場合、
強硬な法的手続きを押し進める意向 を再三強調した。
「今後、仮処分に対する異議申請はもちろん、
本訴訟や損害賠償訴訟など、可能な限り、
あらゆる法的な対応を強力に進める」とし
「化粧品会社の事業による損害と被害に対して
も法的な対応をする」と話した。
