JYJ's Showcase In Taipei


It is the first time the 3 members of Dong Bang Shin Ki, Kim JaeJoong, Park YooChun and Kim JunSu, visited Taiwan as JYJ for their showcase. The trio first paralysed the Taoyuan Airport, and then they caused an influx of 5000 fans at the Nangang Exhibition Centre. The short visit of 29 hours to Taiwan was extremely hectic and packed for the trio. JYJ hopes that they would be able to hold a concert the next time round to meet the Taiwan fans.

Although their schedule proceeded as usual whereby a press conference for the promotion of their new songs was first held, JYJ was very prudent and took a very short break before starting their rehearsal. JYJ performed 6 songs from their latest album during their showcase which lasted for 70 minutes. The opening with the prelude of "Empty" made fans who waited for a very long time to scream. Behind-the-scene clips of the making of the album during early this year were also shown during break intervals. The trio were very elated to be able to return to Taiwan. JunSu also showed concern to the fans as he said, "How are your parents?" in Mandarin.

During the interactive session, the trio got to know that the tickets in Taiwan were sold out within minutes, and expressed their gratitude towards the support given by the fans. When they were asked about their recent activities, YooChun jokingly revealed that although JaeJoong and JunSu visited the filming site of the drama series "SungKyunKwan Scandal" and brought a total of 160 fried chickens, he is always the one who pays the bill when they go out for drinks. JunSu also said that he bought 4 cats recently after he saw JaeJoong having a very cute kitten, and he hopes that JaeJoong will give his kitten to him because he feels that JaeJoong does not know how to take care of it.

The showcase ended with the remix version of "Empty". After that, JYJ is scheduled to attend an interview as well as a press conference on October 31st and then leave Taiwan at night.
