CEO Baek Chang Joo of C-JeS Entertainment, the agency in charge of managing JYJ, has stated his stance on the diecsion of the Seoul District Courts to dismiss all of SM Entertainment's injunctions against JYJ's Kim Jaejoong, Kim Junsu and Park Yoochun.
CEO Baek Chang Joo stated, "I want to send my respect and gratitude to the members of JYJ and their staff who are silently winning the arduous battle against Goliath."
He continued to say, "I believe this is a victory of truth, and we hope that JYJ's activities are no longer interfered with on a false premise of a dual contract. JYJ will continue to work hard to show the public their best."
