Fans of JYJ's Kim Junsu donated 1.3 tons of rice through rice wreaths made by Dreame's Rice of Love foundation to support the singer's musical 'Tears of Heaven'.
Dreame delivered 650kg of rice to the Southern Hope Care Center and 650kg to the Dongmoon Community Welfare Center for the Disabled on the 4th. Both were locations chosen by Kim Junsu.
While delivering the 650kg of rice to both locations, CEO No Seung Goo of Dreame stated, "JYJ's Kim Junsu hopes that the rice will be used to help the disabled and those in need." The 1300kg of rice that was delivered today came from rice wreaths donated by Kim Junsu's Japanese fans to support 'Tears of Heaven'. Dreame ordered and delivered the Boseong Green Tea rice to the National Theater the day before.
JYJ have already donated a total of 11 tons of Dreame rice, collected from overseas and domestic fans to commemorate events such as showcases, concerts, and Yoochun's 'SungKyunKwan Scandal' appearance, which is enough to feed approximately a million children suffering from malnutrition. On the 28th of last month, they received a letter of thanks from Jo Yoon Gil, who thanked JYJ for donating 500kg of rice to those affected by the YeonPyungdo shelling incident.
