Seoul Gwangjin District KonKuk University held an official opening ceremony for their on-campus cinema 'KU Cinematheque' on March 17 at 4PM in their Arts and Design school.
Having around 152 seats on the first floor, the cinema is unique from others in a sense that there aren't any advertisements before the film, and the lights will not brighten until the ending credits have been completely shown, expressing full appreciation towards the aesthetic aspects of film-making.
In addition, on the day of the ceremony, students of the university such as Kim Jung Eun, TVXQ Choikang Changmin, 4MINUTE Hyuna, and B2ST Son Dongwoon also attended.
