The soccer team that JYJ team member Kim Junsu was responsible for, "FC MEN" has become a hot topic for its members.
FC MEN is a newly created soccer team, made up of singers, actors, comedians, models and other artists who have a passion for soccer. FC MEN expressed: "It's not just to play soccer, but to actively contribute to the society is our target".
Members include JYJ's Park Yoochun & Kim Jaejoong, SS501's Kim Hyun Joong, BEAST's Yoon Doojoon & Lee Kikwang, 2AM's Changmin, Shinhwa's Lee Minwoo, Kim Junsu's brother; Kim Junho, Lim Ju Hwan, Park Seong Gwang, Park Gyeon Hyeong, Lee Wan and others. Soccer player Jung Seong Ryong will be their coach and supervisor, and Park Ji Seon will be their manager.
On another note, FC MEN along with actor Jung Junho's team "Superstars", comedian Suh Kyung Suk's team "FC Libero" and comedian Kim Yong Man's "Miracle FC" will participate in the "2011 Peace Starcup Artists Soccer Competition". The competition will be held in the Suwon World Cup Stadium, and will be split into 6 group matches, one all star match and such. There will be a total for 14 matches.
FC MEN will have their match against Superstars on the 15th of this month at 5pm, and will hold their initiation ceremony on that day.
