JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong and Kim Junsu have become neighbors in a luxury high-rise apartment.

Last month, Kim Junsu moved into a high-rise residential building in Samsung-dong, Seoul. It has been revealed that Kim Jaejoong will be moving into the penthouse of the same apartment next month as interior remodelling is currently being done. This high-rise apartment is already called ‘Star Town’ as it is home to many celebrities such as Lee Hyori, Lee Seung Gi and Kim Yong Man.

The penthouse that Kim Jaejoong will move into is 297.5㎡ big with a terrace; it is a luxury home that is sold on the market at a price of 3 billion Won. A representative stated, “JYJ have bought houses with the income they earned through their activities. I believe Kim Jaejoong started taking interest in the building when Kim Junsu moved in. The two are practically stuck to each other’s side already but moving into the same apartment building will probably bring them closer than ever.“

He continued to say, “As this is the first house that Jaejoong is buying under his name, he’s putting a lot of energy and thought into the interior design of the house.” Park Yoochun, the other member of JYJ, is currently living in a luxury villa in Hannam-dong, Seoul.
