TVXQ member U-Know Yunho’s Japanese fans attracted much attention for their donation towards Japan’s earthquake relief.
The picture of the special towel was being put up on the main page of the fans’ web, “Lets Go Together”, and these towels were being sold to every member from the fan web to raise funds. Recent statistics online revealed their donation history, as well as the gifts prepared for Yunho.
There were a total of 500 people who participated in this event, and they donated 500,000 yen (approximately 6400 USD). This is the third time they have donated, accumulating the donation amount to 1.5 million yen (approximately 19,200 USD). They have also attracted much attention because of the towel and other gifts to Yunho.
After looking at these, many people expressed, “It’s surprising how much love Japanese fans have”, “I feel happy that they’ve done a good deed.”
