have indicated on the 13th of November that,

"The reason for the refusal to perform at the ShenZhen Mirotic Concert

is because SM refuses to reveal the contract details.

"The representative of the 3 members stated, "SM only announced

the ShenZhen concert schedule after they have filed the lawsuit"

and that "The members requested for SM to reveal the contract details

regarding the concert but SM refused ;

That is the reason why the members decided not

to attend the concert at ShenZhen."

He added on, "ShenZhen Mirotic Concert was

not on the tour list originally,
