- Regarding Supporting Items
Supporting items (i.e. lightsticks, small flags, banners, balloons etc), be it handmade or purchased, are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Only limited items fulfilling the following conditions are allowed in:
(1) Official AVEX Goods
(2) Fans with height below the chest level are allowed in
[*In order to prevent situations where the huge fans will block off the view of the audience at the back, fans above the chest level will not be allowed in.]


- If items do not fit admission requirements, it will be held on to by the staff. (Items will be returned after the event ends.)
- If items not fitting admission requirements are found in the midst of the event, items will either be confiscated or thrown away.
- In cases where there is non-compliance of the above conditions, depending on the circumstance, you will either be denied entry, or be asked to leave from the event.

- Regarding Gifts
Please understand that there will be no accepting of gifts or letters for the members at the venue. All these items can be sent to the following address instead:

- Regarding Delivery of Flower Stands, Flower Bouquets
Due to limited space, any delivery of flower stands or bouquets will not be accepted.
