MANILA, Philippines - Filipino fans of popular Korean boy band TVXQ will be celebrating their eight gathering with a fun-filled event on May 7.
Cassiopeia Philippines, the Filipino fan club of TVXQ with more than 1,000 members, is spearheading the “Cassiopeia Philippines 8th Gathering: The Carnival” that will be held at the Trade Hall of Starmall EDSA from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Cass PH, established in 2006, continues to be the group's solid fan base in the country and is “dedicated to promote awareness of Korean and Japanese music and culture by uniting all Filipinos who are devoted fans of TVXQ/Tohoshinki/JYJ.”
The entire day will be filled with games, raffles, contests, Cosplay and cover group performances.
“Let Ringmaster, CASSPH core, take your hand and make you scream OMG! SUN with Ang Gintong Itlog ni Junsu, display your wit with Cassie Cheonjae and give your undivided attention to the Wonbon Dance. Close your eyes, spin around, eeny meeny miny moo with Poya or Premyo and impress us with Pahabaan ng Dong Bang. Let our activity booths lure you and the contests feed your curiosity. Be intrigued with our special stages performances prepared just for you,” Cass PH said, describing the event.
In line with the celebration, Cass PH said it is also supporting the exclusive album launch of Tohoshinki’s "A-Side and B-Side Collection: Philippine Release," a 4-Disc collection of 45 Tohoshinki J-pop singles plus 10 songs not included in any of their previous albums, and a 12-song compilation of their most popular hits.
The activity booths at the eighth Gathering include TVXQ Henna, Coupletalk Photobooth, Five in the Black (Dart Game), Wrong Number Quiz Booth, Dong Bang Spin Ki (Wheel of Fortune), Darkness Eyes Tarot Card Reading, CassPH Membership and CassPH Merchandise.
